I have studied health for many yrs.
you must start with this basic, and there's a good reason for it. Fruits and vegetables are high in water and fiber and low in calories.

That means they'll make you feel fuller longer and with fewer calories than other foods.
Stock up on whole grains. Again, fiber is the reason that
complex carbs should be on your plate.

(They are your best friends)Whole grains keep your blood sugar on an even level through the day, which will keep you from running for that 4 p.m. candy bar. They're also low in calories for the fullness factor you get from them.

Choose lean protein. And cut back on meat if you can. Beans, and lean meats are satisfying without all the fat that's found in some cuts of beef and pork. And go for preparations that don't add a lot of fat, such as grilling....

Try some natural metabolism boosters. Did you know there are
foods that boost your metabolism? Try adding oatmeal, green tea and foods with a spicy kick to your diet to give it a boost. I personally love oatmeal..Also eating oatmeal will lower your cholesterol..
Making these basic changes, along with getting regular
exercise, should help you lose a couple of pounds a week, so long as you keep your calories in check. I take my dog Snickers five days a wk. Keeps my weight stable..
This is not hard to follow and it doesn't make you feel trapped starting your new life style!

LOYALTY

What is loyalty 2 the majority? I believe it is swiftly becoming passe. I can remember when a hand shake said it all and now well.......What has happened from generation 2 generation. I don't mean 2 throw the baby out w/the bath water however.
I know there is a better plan that God has prepared 4 His Fam. God is wanting r character 2 supersede everything else in life. I believe r character is what God sees when no one else is looking. Character always begets loyalty.
I believe we can find r way back 2 putting God first, them 2 r fam. then 2 others.I believe the media has a lot 2 do w/ r own personal outtake on life itself

Marriage

So many people in relationships try to change the other person. Reminds me of the young fiancĂ© who, after learning that her husband to be didn’t believe like she did, cried to her mother saying, “Mom, what should I do? How can I change his thinking? He says he doesn’t believe in hell?” The Mother said, “Honey, that’s alright, you marry him and both of us will make him believe in hell.”


As funny as this is the truth is the roll as a women in marriage is huge! I guess this is why God made women 2 walk and chew gum @ the same time. God has designed us 2 fulfill a calling in our homes. As a wife of 42yrs. I know this roll oh so well.


One point that is so vital in the home is 2 maintain peace. The world can be a vicious place 2 be a part of. This is why peace in the (castle) is worth fighting 4 not w/agains't! Marriage can be bliss (most of the time) lol


1 Cor. 6:20 (Because we are bought and paid for by God, every area of our lives must glorify him. The family is included in this principle. You have a responsibility to construct a family that will glorify God and fulfill his purpose.

This study speaks to those that are already married by encouraging us to be the right kind of spouse.
